Elevation drawings are an important element that represents the end state of equipment racks and cabinets. From end state drawings calculations can be made for space, electrical and HVAC requirements. The illustration shows what we recommend for a maximum density (576 switch ports) for a single rack. Although the density could be increased experience tells us it becomes unmanageable beyond this point.
